About Me
Jason J. Morgan is a distinguished Jamaican Olympian, elite throws coach, and youth advocate whose journey reflects excellence both on and off the field. A graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a degree in Psychology, Jason brings a unique blend of athletic mastery and mental health expertise to everything he does.
As a professional athlete for over 12 years, Jason has proudly represented Jamaica on some of the worldβs biggest stages. He is a three-time World Championship representative, a Commonwealth Games medalist, and a Continental Cup medalist. A seven-time national champion, Jason once held the Jamaican discus record and reached the pinnacle of the sport as the worldβs number one-ranked discus thrower. His accomplishments have made him a trailblazer and role model for aspiring athletes across the Caribbean and beyond.
Beyond his athletic achievements, Jason has dedicated himself to mental health, mentorship, and youth development. For over four years, he has worked as a Mental Health Specialist, Child Care Therapist, and Juvenile Behavioral Specialist, using his psychology background to support vulnerable populations. As a mentor to at-risk youth for over eight years, he has personally guided more than 65 young people from Kingston, Jamaica, helping them navigate challenges and pursue their full potential.
