After seeing my father save our family Chinese Restaurant using real estate, I've been a property investor since 1997 and a licensed property manager since 1999, bringing over 28 years of knowledge and experience to the industry. A best selling author and international speaker, I have also written for the Canadian Real Estate Wealth magazine, regularly present seminars about property management and property investment, and volunteer hundreds of hours per year in the real estate industry. I founded and manage 4 privately held companies, including Upper Edge Property Management, an award-winning firm focused on creating exceptional experiences for both investors and residents. Host of the top 20 podcast “Investing to WIN,” and a second educational podcast called "My First Keys" I am now focused on my passion for teaching and leaving a legacy. My goal is to provide families with the confidence and knowledge they need to achieve financial freedom through real estate. Previously a scientist, then Realtor (Century 21 for 3 years) before becoming a full time real estate investor. Currently own a property management company with 20+ employees managing 700+ units for ~350 clients. At Wong Capital Corp, we help private investors create long term wealth utilizing the "machinery" of our sister company Upper Edge Property Management to facilitate all aspects of our deals.
