I’m Jacob Crandall, a Salesforce Administrator and Developer who enjoys turning complicated systems into thoughtful, practical experiences. My professional work spans Salesforce administration, custom development, integrations, identity, automation, and dependable platform delivery. I’m also the founder of Shift Key Software, where I design and build native applications for iPhone and Mac. My projects include App Monitor, Orbit, Oatnote, Grocerly, and Topside—products focused on making technology more useful, intuitive, and respectful of the people using it.
