I’m Jacob Crandall. I’m a Salesforce Administrator and Developer. I enjoy solving complex problems and making systems easier to use. My Salesforce work covers administration, custom code, integrations, identity, automation, and platform delivery. I founded Shift Key Software in Oklahoma City. It is an independent software and web design studio. I build websites for small businesses, professionals, and growing teams. Every site reflects the client’s brand, goals, services, and customers. I handle each project from planning and design through development and launch. I build native apps for iPhone and Mac. My projects include App Monitor, Orbit, and Oatnote. I also created Grocerly and Topside. I want each app to be useful, simple, and respectful of its users. I use the same process for every project. First, I find the real problem. Then I focus on the details, protect privacy, and build something people enjoy using. I write about what I learn from Salesforce, web design, and Apple development.
