Hi, I’m Trey! It’s super nice to meet you. I enjoy thinking and talking about infrastructure, risk, emergencies, and pushing the fields of emergency management and business continuity forward. I presently guide the City of Calgary’s Industrial Control System Security program, as a member of their Operational Services department. In this role, I lead the City's operational teams in reducing the risk to the critical infrastructure that all Calgarians rely on, every day. Beginning in Fall 2025, I'll be at UCalgary Law, expanding my understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks to complement my technical and operational experience. My goal is to help organizations navigate risk more effectively—especially as they face increasingly complex challenges driven by market changes, (geo)political uncertainty, climate change, and emerging technologies. I'm particularly interested in critical infrastructure resilience, energy and electrification, business continuity, and strategic risk advisory.
