Jerry Carlson Jr. – Owner of Carlson Tech Services Born in 1965 and a proud graduate of Dallas City High School (Class of 1983), I served in the U.S. Army from 1983 to 1993. Following my military service, I worked in a variety of technology roles, gaining valuable experience and insight into the fast-evolving tech world. But over time, I realized I wanted more control over my career and the ability to serve people on my own terms. That’s why I founded Carlson Tech Services in June of 2014 — built on a commitment to delivering top-quality technology services at affordable prices. I understand how frustrating it can be to haul your equipment into a repair shop, which is why I offer convenient in-home services. Whether you're dealing with computer issues, setting up new devices, or just need help understanding your tech, I’m here to help — without the confusing jargon. I take pride in explaining technology in a way that makes sense to my customers and providing a personal, friendly experience every time.
